Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with Senior Foreman for projects and coordination of the field crew, manpower and installation for all projects assigned to you
  • Work closely with project Foreman on material and manpower requirements
  • Weekly coordination/scheduling with project superintendents and/or other personnel
  • Attendance at mandatory job site meetings as required
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) for all project materials and supplies and control of project material and labor budgets
  • Coordination of pre-construction conferences with Foreman and Project Manager
  • Ensure construction is performed in accordance with plans and specifications and inspection of installations
  • Interaction with customers, vendors and staff
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with all company safety policies and procedures

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
  • AS/BS or University degree in construction, engineering or related discipline
  • Mid to High proficiency in MS office

Sales Coordination:

  • Update company sales records weekly and perform comparative analysis monthly
  • Participate in sales meetings with each office to review bid and sales log and status and identify sales targets and how to best pursue them.
  • Meet with upper management bi-weekly to review and discuss branch sales targets.

What you need to succeed:

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Construction or related industry experience required
