Our Mission

Our mission is to build a team of skilled professionals and leaders to install waterproofing and building envelope systems at the highest level possible. That means putting our people first – achieving the highest customer satisfaction rating, equipping our employees with the training and equipment to perform well, and valuing our vendor relationships before our own profits.

Our Customers

The basic, guiding principle for GDA contractors is simple: We put our customers’ concerns first. Our ability to perform our best depends on having high-quality customers, so we select our customers from the top commercial construction firms in the country. What’s more, we prioritize quality companies with high expectations and solid values.

Our Team

The quality of our service depends on the quality of our people. Our employees are outfitted and trained with more installation and personal protective equipment than any other firm in our industry. In addition to pre/post-employment health and drug screening, technical training, testing, and weekly safety training, our staff receives product and installation knowledge that gives us an advantage in utilizing developing technologies. We take great care to keep our people trained, safe, happy, and challenged.

Our Suppliers

We rely on our suppliers to continually provide the best materials and equipment for your projects. We install products that are designed, manufactured, and distributed by local and international companies who are as committed to quality, integrity, and service as we are – and we’re committed to their continued success.

OUR CHARITIES

Give to those less fortunate.
We believe in giving back to those that need help and value those that provide for others. We’re grateful for our success and are committed to giving back to the communities that support our business. Some of the wonderful organizations we support include:

The SoupMobile

A faith-based 501(C)3 non-profit organization that feeds and shelters the homeless in Dallas, Texas, the SoupMobile provides over 200,000 meals per year while also providing shelter and sponsoring residences for formerly homeless individuals – including veterans.

David Timothy

Volunteer Services Council (VSC) for the Denton State Supported Living Center

A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Denton, Texas operating through a volunteer Board of Directors, VSC exists to help our friends who live at DSSLC – the Residents. They have severe mental and physical disabilities, yet they are some of the most exceptional people you will ever meet.
