I’ve always enjoyed working with people, which is what led me into HR. At GDA, I get to wear a lot of hats—from recruiting and onboarding to training, employee relations, benefits and helping the company grow. One of my favorite parts of the job is recruiting. My background in sports taught me that the best talent isn’t always the loudest or the most obvious, so I love finding people who may have been overlooked but end up being the perfect fit for our team. There’s nothing better than seeing someone get an opportunity and go on to have a great career. GDA has also been a tremendous blessing to me and my family, and I’m grateful to be part of a company that has invested in both my personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan and still carry a lot of what I learned as a collegiate athlete into the way I lead. I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active. I’m motivated by helping people succeed, creating opportunities for others, and building a team where everyone can thrive.
