Our Values

Our Team

The quality of our service depends on the quality of our people. Our employees are outfitted and trained with more installation and personal protective equipment than any other firm in our industry. In addition to pre/post-employment health and drug screening, technical training, testing, and weekly safety training, our staff receives product and installation knowledge that gives us an advantage in utilizing developing technologies. We take great care to keep our people trained, safe, happy, and challenged.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a team of skilled professionals and leaders to install waterproofing and building envelope systems at the highest level possible. That means putting our people first – achieving the highest customer satisfaction rating, equipping our employees with the training and equipment to perform well, and valuing our vendor relationships before our own profits.

Our Values

BE SAFE

In every phase of construction, safety must be at the forefront. We often work in unfinished spaces where the risk of injury is extremely high. We must plan to Be Safe. We must train to Be Safe. We must demand of ourselves and others to Be Safe. Safety is the job of everyone – Anyone can alert an unsafe or potential unsafe situation at any time.

BE SMART

To Be Smart we need to educate ourselves and execute what we learn. We need to Be Smart about how we train. We need to Be Smart about how we plan. We need to Be Smart about how we communicate. We need to Be Smart about how we execute. Being smart involves thinking through solutions, considering multiple viewpoints and impacts, and continuing to learn how to get better from multiple avenues inside and outside our industry.

BE A HELPER

Our team has a lot of resources. We can help our clients and team members. Sometimes it takes more people to Be a Helper. If a team member needs help or can’t solve a problem, add more people to the equation and let’s find the best solution. Don’t walk away from a problem. Be a Helper. If you can help DO IT! Being a helper drives everything we do, how we respond to clients, how we deal with co-workers and how we want to be viewed.

CORE TARGET

Live every day to be safest, smartest and most helpful contractor on every job.

Our Customers

The basic, guiding principle for GDA contractors is simple: We put our customers’ concerns first. Our ability to perform our best depends on having high-quality customers, so we select our customers from the top commercial construction firms in the country. What’s more, we prioritize quality companies with high expectations and solid values.

Our Suppliers

We rely on our suppliers to continually provide the best materials and equipment for your projects. We install products that are designed, manufactured, and distributed by local and international companies who are as committed to quality, integrity, and service as we are – and we’re committed to their continued success.

Our Charities

Give to those less fortunate.

We believe in giving back to those that need help and value those that provide for others. We’re grateful for our success and are committed to giving back to the communities that support our business. Some of the wonderful organizations we support include:

The Soup Mobile
