My career started out in the Restoration Industry w/ the Blackmon Mooring Services. I worked with them for 36 years conducting Emergency Services in response to Water, Fire & Mold losses. During my tenure with BMS I worked thru (18) Hurricanes, Oklahoma City Bombing & the 911 Disaster. I started out in Operations, became a General Manager and ended up managing Branches across the nation.
I changed my career path and went to work with GDA over a year ago. I had worked w/ Dan Cain in the past and what a great opportunity to reconnect. I am currently the Director of Business Development and focused on building our New Construction & Restoration Business. Some fun facts are I’ve had 3 Great Danes over the past 30 years, I’ve been sailing boats since I was 6 years old, and I’m a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.
What’s one accomplishment in your career that you’re most proud of? I have worked in business that serves others in a time of need.
What’s one value or principle that guides you? My principles are God, Family & Business.
What’s a hobby or interest you enjoy outside of work? I’ve been married for 44 years, and we have six grandchildren. I love supporting them and going to their sports activities.
